Home Renovation
For our home renovation service, We take care of every little detail – from developing your perfect
living layout, to choosing the right finish for your door handles, getting the height of the bathroom
vanity just right and everything in between.
There will be no need to be answering last minute questions on site from your builder,
as we handle everything for you.
What we offer:
Initial design consultation:
This is a 90 minute meeting in your home, where we discuss what you're looking for
and how we can help. Our focus is designing a home that is completely personal to your
needs, so we cover all manner of details in this meeting from your lifestyle, to your home aspirationsand budget. The more info we have, the better we can create your ideal home!
Scope of Work:
We then gather all the information from the initial design consultation and develop a Scope of Work,
specific to your project requirements. Once approved, we can begin!
Space planning:
Does your dining area currently double up a home office? Does your home feel disorganised
because the layout isn't working for your needs? These are the sorts of problems we solve during
the space planning phase as we develop a range of suitable layouts that work for your needs.
We also consider a range of other factors, including a natural flow within the space, ergonomics
and natural light.
Concept design:
We develop a selection of concept moodboards, that reflect the feeling and mood you’d
like your home to have. This could be through colour, texture, light, shape and style.
Detailed design documentation:
The most involved of the design stages, this is where we refine the layout of your space,
developing detailed floor plans and elevations. We design any custom joinery, such as wardrobes
and kitchen cabinetry. We can also create a 3D model of your space so you can visualise
what it will all look like, before any work is done.
Furniture & finishes selections:
We carefully hand pick all furniture, fixtures and homewares - everything from sofas through to
light switches and everything in between! We present this to you in a comprehensive finishes schedule.
Furniture & fixtures procurement:
Once you’re happy with the selected items, we place all orders and deal with our trusted suppliers, making the purchases and coordinating deliveries on your behalf.
Installation:
This is where your project becomes reality! We make regular site visits to ensure the approved designs
are coming to life via trusted trades. We ensure all furniture, accessories and finishing touches
are in place for your home reveal!
