As part of as new apartment development, we transformed this dilapidated bathroom into a functional, contemporary space for modern living.
Gutting the interior, we replaced the old bath with a spacious walk-in shower.
We tiled plain plaster walls with large, neutral tiles that enhanced the bathroom’s high ceilings.
Originally a space with no storage, a pedestal basin was replaced with a wall mounted vanity
and a custom niche was designed for the shower. Modern fixtures and fittings were added
and we selected a clean, neutral palette of beige, charcoal and warm oak.
